Today is officially Day 1! And today was our day off this week!
What a start!
You'll be glad to know that we didn't lie on till gone noon and watch tv in our jammies. This month is very much a working month for us and so we were up at a reasonable hour.
It has been a nice gentle start into the placement.
Today Rich spent a few hours preparing to lead the Bible study tomorrow evening I met with one of my dearest friends over here and we had lunch, read a psalm and talked about difficult situations that we are trying to trust God with. It was a real encouragement.
Then we had dinner with our gracious hosts :) Richard's sister and brither in law.
Tomorrow is a busy day and we;re looking forward to it.
